The Story
Libra Expense Management is a Metadata Computer Systems product it was tailored for Gulf Contractors Company to manage their petty cash, attendance for labour and staff records.
Gulf Contractors Company can have multiple projects and assign users to each project to create attendance, and expense records. An authentication, authorization is a must, flexibility and scalability should be considered.

The Role
As a Full-time Full Stack Developer i need to solve the story and translate it into web application, the concern here is that they have 600 – 800 employees and labours and the labour sometime might be assign to a different project so the calculation of overtime should be accurate, and must highlight which project he has more overtime.
The challenge is each labour record takes 30 – 31 days and you must insert it into database and calculate their total overtime, absent and so on. While expense is not that complicated since they just need expense reports with bunch of invoices that group by cost codes.
The Result
Now the GCC HQ can create multiple projects, and manage their users, roles and assign it based on site duty and each project manager on-site can assign expense, attendance editor and create the expense or attendance records.
